QEHS Compliance Executive (3PW)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QEHS Compliance Executive in the Warehouse Department in SH Cogent Logistics Pte Ltd. The role involves ensuring compliance with quality, environment, health and safety (QEHS) policies and regulations for third-party warehouse operations. The incumbent will implement and monitor compliance programs, conduct safety inspections and implement corrective action plans.

1. Drive compliance by working closely with Operations & Customer Service Leads
2. Handle process and compliance audit inquiries in internal & external audits
3. Participate in internal & external training to stay up to date in SS651, ISO 9001, 18001, and 45001 standards
4. Oversees various daily, monthly, and quarterly inspections for QEHS, as and when needed for account-specific requirements
5. Prepare monthly compliance report in accordance to QEHS requirements
6. Advise Operations & Customer Service Leads personnel on compliance during new customer onboarding
7. File & upkeep all hardcopy and softcopy documents
8. Adhere to all company rules and regulations including safety rules
9. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned

Requirements:

1. Diploma holders in Engineering or possess relevant certification in QESH
2. Possess good knowledge in SS651, ISO9001, 14001 and 45001
3. Minimum 2 years’ experience in QESH management system and auditing
4. Able to analyze issues with problem solving and root cause analysis tools
5. Good communication skills and able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively
