Responsibilities
· Drafting board resolutions and minutes of meetings
· Reviewing and drafting of contracts and other legal documents
· Undertaking legal-related matters including the handling of legal documents and agreements
· Updating and maintaining statutory registers and records in line with statutory compliance
· Conducting research and analysis on legal matters assigned
· Preparing reports for the submission of Annual Returns
· Providing legal support, assistance, and legal advice to the business units of the company and its subsidiaries
· Perform Company Secretarial work for all entities
· Custodian of all legal documents for all legal entities across the countries
. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
Requirement
· Degree in Bachelor of Laws
· Minimum 2 – 5 years of relevant experience
· Proven experience in legal management
· Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
· Strong understanding of business operations and risk management
· Ability to work under pressure and make sound legal decisions.
