Public Relations (PR) / Social Media Marketing Intern

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Public Relations (PR) / Social Media Marketing Intern at St.Hua, you will play a pivotal role in working towards the development of the company’s business, brand reputation and building great partnerships with both individuals & stakeholders to our competitive advantage that align with organisational strategies and business needs.

Specifically, the Intern will (but not limited to):

• Be involved with content creation including design and copywriting for social media and other marketing collaterals for product and recruitment marketing campaigns
• Develop social media marketing and brand strategies to reach out to the targeted audience, including social media advertising
• Write and create compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions
• Copy Writing – Creating taglines, captions, scripts, collateral content and other forms of marketing/creative lines, supported by AI tools for improved creativity and relevance
• Write daily public opinion monitoring reports to provide the Management team with the latest public opinion trends and company reviews
• Promoting new posts using advertisements, emails, social media, and other methods to alert and attract new readers
• Support the planning and execution of brand PR projects, participate in team brainstorming and creative discussions
• Handles and resolves conflicts, enquiries, feedback and complaints from clients and various stakeholders through Email and WhatsApp
• Maintains good support and positive relations among organisations, stakeholders and the public

Requirements:

• Undergraduate in Communication, Business, Social Sciences, or related fields
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Social media savvy and familiar with current trends
• Creative, diligent, meticulous with an eye for details and design
• Strong understanding of the target audience and market trends.
• Proficient in content creation/designing tools (eg. Canva, etc)
• A good team player with initiative and positive working attitude
• Takes an interest in the brand and business

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday (10:00 - 19:00)
