The Opportunity: As part of our expansion plan, we are seeking experienced legal recruitment consultants to join our dynamic team.

Working alongside our Private Practice and In-House consulting teams, you will play a pivotal role in driving success through a variety of activities:

• Independently generating leads, managing new client business relationships, and negotiating business terms.
• Overseeing the full recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond, including sourcing and interviewing candidates, presenting suitable candidates to clients, arranging interviews, negotiating salary packages, and conducting reference checks.
• Managing candidate relationships and maintaining a robust talent pipeline.

We are looking for someone with:

• 1-5 years of legal recruitment experience in Private Practice and/or In-House.
• Ability to onboard clients independently, either through existing relationships or business development (depending on seniority).
• Proficiency in managing relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
• Capability to run searches independently and deliver candidates within realistic timeframes.
• A consultative approach and relationship-driven mindset.
• Integrity, proactivity, organizational skills, analytical thinking and excellent time management.
• Strong communication skills, a collaborative nature, and a team-player attitude.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of commercial acumen.
