Responsibilities
- Process treasury products including Foreign Exchange, Money Market, Fixed Income, Repo/Reverse Repo and other Derivatives.
- Process collateral margin call on Repo/Reverse Repo
- Process swift payments and ensure timely and accurate payments
- Investigate and ensure non-receipt/non-payment of funds are monitored, follow-up and resolved
- Check and match all trade confirmations including follow-up on any unconfirmed transactions
- Provide daily nostro funding positions to Treasury Dept, update cashflow positions and reconcile the end balances
- Perform counterparty and country limit monitoring function and alert supervisor on any breaks
- Update and maintain counterparty limit/country limit and counterparty SSI
- Prepare reports relating to treasury activities
- Assist in UAT and other ad-hoc projects
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by superior
Requirements
- Degree holder
- Possess 3 years’ relevant experience in treasury settlement operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: MS Word and MS Excel
- Knowledge on Euroclear process and Swift message type
