As Consultant you will be providing support and advice to our existing global customers. Your key objectives are to ensure clients get a quick response and optimize their use of the Infor products, whilst conveying a professional image and building strong client relationships. Our Infor Customer Success Team follows the sun, with customers and consultants on every continent. English fluency is essential as it is the primary language used in verbal and written communication with our customers globally and internally, but any additional language will be helpful in contact with local customers.
