Job Description:
As a Parcel Delivery Walker, you play a vital role in our logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parcels to our customers' doorsteps. This position is perfect for those who enjoy being active and outdoors.
Applicants who demonstrate potential and prove themselves in the field can expect to be trained and placed in middle management positions in any of our 27 distribution points island-wide.
Responsibilities:
- Perform sorting, labelling, scanning and packing of in-bound parcels.
- Deliver parcels on foot within assigned neighbourhood beat (between 18 to 24 HDB blocks).
- Manage delivery times efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Use our mobile app to submit Proof of Deliveries (PODs)
- Provide excellent customer service, handling customer queries and concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain a positive company image and service standards during deliveries.
Requirements:
- Pleasant personality.
- Male / Female (prefer those aged above 40).
- Living in Bishan or vicinity.
- Have an Android phone.
- Able to read, and communicate in simple English.
- Physically fit and able to walk extensively throughout the day.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Friendly and customer-oriented with good communication skills.
- We welcome seniors.
What we offer:
- 5-day work week (Sunday + rostered off day).
- 2-day training.
- Overtime.
- 3-month probation salary of $1,800 a month (with CPF contribution).
- Candidates who are confirmed after 3 months will receive a monthly salary of $2,000.
- Monthly handphone allowance of $50.00
- KPI allowance of $150.00
- 10 days annual leave.

Work details:
- Location: Bishan (work in 2 member teams).
- Days: Mondays to Saturdays.
- Timing: 8am to 5pm
