Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes and developments relevant to the industry
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the organization’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Develop, update, and communicate compliance policies and procedures
- Collaborate with departments to ensure the integration of compliance considerations into business processes
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans
- Provide training on compliance policies and procedures to employees at all levels
- Promote a culture of compliance awareness and ethics within the organization
- Establish and oversee a compliance monitoring and auditing program
- Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders on compliance activities
- Serve as a liaison with regulatory bodies, responding to inquiries and providing necessary documentation
Requirements:
- The successful candidate should ideally have at least 8 years of related Compliance experience
- Proven management & leadership skills with excellent people management skills
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent command of English and Chinese language will be of an advantage
