Responsibilities
- To ensure all staffs comply to warehouse operations processes/safety procedures
- Handle day-to-day warehouse activities such as receiving shipments and inventory control with integrity
- Prepare reports and assign tasks to staff
- Perform inventory reconciliation on stock discrepancy
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure proper safety and housekeeping at all times
- Assist to resolve all issues between warehouse with other departments
- Assist in leading a team of Warehouse assistants and Data Entry Clerks to ensure the management of warehouse efficiently.
- To supervise the receiving, shipment accordingly to the production plan by the planning department efficiently
- To ensure the SAP system and physical stocks are well maintained real time
- To ensure the safety, 5S and efficiency of the warehouse arrangement together with the team
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Secondary education level
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics industries
- Experience with SAP, WMS, MS Office skills
- Candidate must be comfortable with working in non Aircon environment and willing to support OT when required
- Preferably with forklift license
- Team player
- Attentive to detail
- Good working attitude
- Physically fit / Able to carry heavy workload (10 – 20kg)
- This role requires liaison work between several Chinese counterparts. Proficiency of Mandarin is essential and required
