Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and teaching Junior College Math aligned with the MOE syllabus, utilizing Achievers Dream's proprietary ‘360* Total Chemistry Learning System’ Teaching Methodology.
- Participate in ongoing peer-sharing and training sessions for professional growth and to stay updated on the latest educational trends and pedagogies.
- Collaborate with team members to implement educational projects.

Requirements:
- Commitment: Full-time participation in the AD Training Programme. Candidates cannot hold other full-time/part-time jobs or tuition assignments.
- Long-term Growth: Commitment to stay with the company for 3-5 years, focusing on teaching without the burden of administrative tasks or office politics.
- Passion for Teaching: Genuine dedication to helping students achieve their full potential.
- Willingness to Learn: Openness to being coached in Achievers Dream’s proprietary teaching methodology.
- Educational Background: NIE-trained or holding at least a Math degree or diploma from a recognized educational institution.
- Minimum Grade: O-Level Math (A1/A2) or A-Level Math (A).
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant teaching experience (in tuition centres and/or MOE schools) is advantageous, though entry-level candidates from Polytechnics and Universities are also welcome (specialized training provided).
