Responsibilities
- Day to day preparation of full set of accounts (AP/AR/GL), including generating and posting sales and supplier invoices in the accounting system
- Work closely with project teams for project cost monitoring and resolve any billing discrepancies
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and tax agents when necessary
- Ensure timely month-end closing and submission of monthly reports such as billing summary, bank reconciliations, statement of income and expenditure and balance sheet
- Prepare and send statement of accounts to customers and monitor AR collection
- Checking & Verifying accounts payables & accounts receivable transactions.
- Cash Flow management
- Prepare GST report
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree/equivalent in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience with full sets of accounts
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of accounting concepts and double entries
- Good knowledge of MS Excel preferred
- Independent, a strong team player
Salary:
$2500 - $3000 per month
