Duties and Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and create all e-commerce and social media design initiatives, aligning
- them with overall brand objectives and marketing strategies.
- Conceptualize, design, and create social media content creation for company Instagram, Facebook,
- TikTok.
- Create engaging and on-brand social media graphics, including posts, stories, and
- advertisements, to drive audience engagement, increase followers, and support social media
- campaigns.
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to create compelling visuals for product listings, including
- product images, infographics, and packaging mock-ups, to maximize conversions and enhance
- the online shopping experience.
- Collaborate with external vendors, photographers, videographers, and other creative
- professionals as needed, ensuring the delivery of high-quality design assets.
- Ad hoc duties that deemed reasonable by the brand manager.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a focus on e-commerce and social media design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating visually engaging designs for digital platforms, including e-commerce websites and social media channels.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Sound understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout for digital platforms.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media channels, their specific design requirements, and best practices.
- Knowledge of current digital marketing trends, including social media trends, user experience (UX) design, and conversion optimization.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality designs.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and interpret design briefs accurately.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and willingness to embrace new technologies and design approaches.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges
