Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end reviews of the bank's risk and capital audit processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and thorough documentation.
- Identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Support and participate in comprehensive reviews of capital management strategies and BASEL reporting requirements.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and assist in the development of strategies to optimize capital utilization.
- Assist in the analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Review and validate financial models to ensure their accuracy and reliability.
- Contribute to the bank's initiative to develop and implement advanced data-driven audit and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy innovative audit solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and software.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards, including BASEL III and capital management principles.
