In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the effective implementation of outreach and engagement activities across all recruitment markets, both domestically and internationally, to enhance our student recruitment strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager of Outreach and Engagement in overseeing the performance of outreach efforts, including Unibuddy Student Ambassador Chat and Live Sessions, to raise awareness about the university among prospective students .
- Support the Unibuddy Student Ambassador program and prepare regular reports on the success of outreach efforts.
- Assist with the implementation of outreach events targeting potential students in all student recruitment markets.
- Support the team in establishing positive relationships with Student Marketers Community and alumni.
- Engage Student Marketers Community and alumni in outreach efforts to provide prospective students with firsthand accounts of their experiences, fostering a sense of belonging and community.
- Participate in student marketer/alumni engagement activities to enhance understanding and expand the network of the student marketer community and alumni supporters.
- Manage a database of student marketers and alumni, and source content profiles to be featured in marketing collateral, including editorials, advertorials, and the Parents' Guide.
- Maintain and update the reports on the performance of outreach and engagement team.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned by the reporting manager.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Possess tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing, or a related business discipline.
- Candidates without the specified qualifications but with significant and relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the education or recruitment industry.
- Possess high-level communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Display well-developed skills in networking and relationship building.
- Show a strong aptitude for collaborative teamwork.
- Possess a proactive attitude and consistently strive to enhance work efficiency.
- Previous experience in building online communities would be advantageous.
Monthly Remuneration: Up to SGD 4,000
