Account:
· Handle full set of accounts including overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
functions.
· Monitor and update daily cash flow records.
· Prepare monthly financial and management reports within the stipulated timeline.
· Ensure timely, complete, and accurate recording of accounting entries.
· Work closely with business units for smooth daily accounting operations.
· Perform proper Intercompany transactions and reconciliation.
· Prepare quarterly GST, tax filing and XBRL submissions.
· Prepare required schedules/reports for yearly audit and tax purpose.
· Liaise with auditors, tax agents or authorities as required.
· Responsible for annual statutory financial statements
HR:
· Responsible for monthly payroll, CPF submissions and yearly IR8A submission.
· Handle recruitment activities.
· Manage staff insurance and benefits.
· Work Passes applications.
· HR documentation and records.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in Accounting or LCCI or relevant qualifications.
· Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
· Experience with Infotech is an added advantage.
· Proficient in Microsoft and other computer skills.
· Good communication skills, independent and meticulous.
· Work location: Lower Delta
· Preferably able to start work within short notice.
