DESIGN PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibility:
As a Design Project Manager with our company, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design phase of building construction projects, including major upgrading works. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that design plans align with client requirements, regulatory standards, and project objectives.

Job Description:
* Lead and manage the design phase of building construction projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans and design specifications.
* Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure that design implementations meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
* Oversee the preparation and approval of detailed construction drawings, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
* Manage project timelines and budgets, addressing any design-related issues that may arise during the construction phase.
* Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between design teams and construction crews to ensure seamless project execution.
* Review and approve design modifications, ensuring they meet project goals and do not compromise structural integrity or aesthetic quality.
* Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, design changes, and other critical issues to senior management and clients.
* Must be able to carry 20KG or above of furniture.
* Assist in performing other temporary operational duties when needed.
* Able to work rotate shift, weekend and public holiday.
Location WOODLANDS


Requirement:
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field.
• Strong leadership skills and management competencies.
• Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.

• Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi task and work independently.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.
• Time management/ meticulous and mature in work.
