- Preparation and review of Enterprise Risk Management Framework for the branch encompassing all the branch activities and implementation of Regulatory and Internal guidelines.
- Preparation and Review of Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) for the branch as per the size nature and complexities of the branch activities and regulatory expectations.
- Daily computation of current Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) and projections.
- Review of liquidity stress tests, hedge effectiveness, Interest Rate Risk in Banking Book (IRBB) stress testing and Contingency Funding Plan testing in coordination with Treasury.
- Review of all regulatory parameters (ratios/ limits etc.) that the Branch is supposed to maintain/ meet/ honor on a daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ yearly basis.
- Arrange for conducting Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) reviews in coordination with Central Office. Review of existing process, addition of new process and deletion of obsolete process
- Preparation and updation of Risk Control Matrix (RCM) for the new and existing businesses.
- Review/addition/deletion of Key Risk indicators of the branch. Arranging the data from various departments for monitoring of approved Key Risk Indicators of the branch and reporting the same to CO for updation in EGRC.
- Maintenance of operational Loss / gain/ near miss incident register.
- Conducting the BCP exercise with other DMT members as per the laid down frequency.
- Engage in Learning and Development to staff and share knowledge on major macro & micro developments in the region, affecting the Branch as per requirement.
- Arrange/provide Operational Risk training to Branch officials.
- Comprehensive credit risk assessment for the proposals originating from branch or originating from CO as per the extant MAS guidelines.
- Review of Credit, Trade, and Investments & Treasury portfolios at specified intervals, along with the respective Departments.
- Preparation and presentation of monthly risk reviews to the Branch Management Committee.
- Run through all new products and offerings, on treasury, trade, retail and corporate side from a risk perspective.
- Provide local inputs to Central Office on various policy formulations/ reviews/ assessments/ evaluations/ feedback on reports/ policies prepared/ formulated by C.O. at their end.
- Carry out assessment on various crisis situations in the macro-economic/ political / industrial environment as well as any Branch specific affair as & when needed by the Regulator(s)
- Ensuring adherence to all laid down Norms, Regulatory Guidelines & Compliance requirements.
- Conduct stress testing of the Corporate Credit portfolio of the branch.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

- Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm

- Salary: Up to $15,000 (Depending on experience)
