RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead in the activation and operation of various stages of Performance Appraisal Modules in HRIS in accordance with the Performance Management framework.
  • Develop employee communications to inform employees about performance reviews and timelines
  • Prepare analysis data and support the co-ordination of Performance Ranking session with Senior Management.
  • Maintain proper records of performance reviews & rating.
  • Supervise Executive, Performance & Rewards in the preparation & completion of end-to end payroll processing; ensure accurate and timely salary payment.
  • Lead in the accurate and timely submission of Annual earning (IR8A) to IRAS and checking on the reporting of foreign workers' earning for tax clearance purpose.
  • Lead in the HRIS "year-end-closing" processes on Leave & Benefit and verify entitlement
  • Prepare fiscal year closure reports on foreign worker Level, retirement benefits, long service Award and Government Funding e.g., SEC, WCS etc
  • Support in the end-to end process of preparing Annual EOM (Expense on Manpower) budget and maintenance of EOM spreadsheet.
  • Communicate with employees on areas such as benefits and claims eligibility and administration, payroll deductions, retirement, re-employment, and termination guidelines
  • Support in the simulation and execution of Salary Increment (Annual Increment, Structural Adjustment, Promotion & Emplacement) and Bonus (Mid and year End Variable bonus, Performance Bonus and Annual Wage Supplement) payment exercises
  • Manage the administration of all insurance coverage (General Insurance, Motor, Employee Benefit Insurance & WICA) & renewal process.
  • Supervise Executive, Performance & Rewards on the WICA reporting to Ministry of Manpower (MOM). Attending to enquiries from staff on insurance policy clarifications and aid on claim matters.
  • Participate in Salary and Benefits surveys conducted by Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), National Council of Social Service (NCSS), MOM or from business consultancy
  • Develop insightful presentation derived from payroll data analytics and HR metrics benchmarking using dashboards or data visualisation tools.
  • Perform the HRIS System Administrator role; grant security access to user and attend to queries on HRIS access issue.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in Business, Human Resources or Compensation and Benefits related
OTHER INFORMATION
  • At least 3-5 years relevant Performance and Rewards experience
  • Advantage for those with payroll knowledge / experience
  • Good eye for details with good interpersonal skills
  • Team management skills with ability to coach, motivate and lead
