Marketing Executive

As a Marketing and KOL Executive, you will play a pivotal role in executing marketing campaigns and managing influencer partnerships to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Marketing Campaign Execution:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

- Create and curate compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written copy, to support campaign objectives.


2. Influencer Partnership Management:

- Identify and research potential social media influencers aligned with the brand's target audience and values.

- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiating terms and agreements for collaboration.

- Coordinate influencer campaigns, ensuring content creation, posting schedules, and compliance with brand guidelines.


3. Content Creation and Management:

- Develop engaging social media content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the brand's messaging.

- Schedule and post content on various social media platforms using scheduling tools.

- Monitor and respond to audience engagement, comments, and messages.


4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and influencer partnerships.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, track engagement metrics, and provide actionable insights for optimization.

- Prepare regular reports on social media and influencer campaign effectiveness.


5. Collaboration and Coordination:

- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality content creation.

- Liaise with influencers to ensure they have the necessary information and resources for successful campaign execution.

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or influencer relations
