POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the future growth of company and especially to harness the productivity of modern IT solutions to enhance our staff productivity. To also prepare for eventual transition to AI in workplace.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for overall IT infrastructure maintenance and development across the region.
- Implement IT solutions that can lead to enhance productivity or cost savings, including consider new emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.
- Lead a team of IT personnel to supervise effective implementation of IT projects that can lead to either cost savings or productivity enhancement or both.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Min. University Degree preferably in Computer Science.
- Min 5 years’ experience in a senior IT management position with a proven track record of implementing
- IT solution in pass work, for example installing a new server, installing a new ERP program, implementing IT solutions that lead to effective improvement in productivity.
- Experience with Epicor and Microsoft Business Central, including the customization and programming (C-sharp, SQL, .NET) and familiar with its features.
- Good knowledge of productivity software including Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiar with server hardware installation, settings, and migration.
- Well versed in hardware specs and personal computers running both Microsoft Windows and Apple’s OS/X.
- Effective presentation skills and team management skills.
- Able to travel overseas at times (when required).
