Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Senior QS: At least 5 years of civil experience and 10 years of working experience in quantity surveying and bid/estimation process of building construction
- Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
- Ability to deal with multicultural teams
Duties & Responsibilities
- Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission
- Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
- Utilizing tools and templates for bid analysis and cost management
- Enaging and managing third party Quantity Surveyor contracts
- Identify Value Engineering opportunities in the design and quatify the savings
- Updating repository for historical data
- Other quantity surveying related duties
