Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory by promptly updating system parameters according to monthly consumption, optimizing stock levels to meet inventory objectives.
- Handle order management by facilitating Purchase Orders and ensuring timely updates in SAP, including following up on orders to ensure materials are shipped and delivered as promised.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on all aspects of inbound shipments, ensuring prompt and accurate updates in SAP, and filing shipping documents for goods receiving activities, verifying invoices to avoid discrepancies.
- Manage cross-trade shipments by facilitating and coordinating with stakeholders for direct drop shipments from the factory to customers, ensuring compliance with Free Trade Agreement for customer import duty rebates.
- Process claims related to vendor defects.
- Maintain and update Material Master in SAP (Standard length, HS code, plan delivery time, etc.).
- Ensure operational quality and efficiency to meet customer requirements while complying with company policies.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate in Supply Chain/Purchasing/Materials/Logistics management.
- More than 1 year of experience in supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of SAP system preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel or advanced Excel applications.
- Competent in spoken and written English.
- Possess creative problem-solving skills, data-driven analytical and reasoning skills.
- Experience in managing 3PL partners
