Durapower is 15 years in operations and is company identified by Enterprise Singapore to scale up for growth as well. We have projects in Netherlands, Singapore, Thailand and Southeast Asia regions, production is in China as a manufacturing plant. There is no manufacturing here, but we have R&D team here liaising with China as well to execute trade of cells, battery modular systems packs enabling Green industry applications. Our expansion is also enhanced by the stakes and investment in us through Banpu Next (Banpu Group) which is listed on the Thailand Stock Exchange.

Senior/IT Executive (MIS)
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure: laptops, servers, software, and networks.
• Research and propose new technologies and processes for optimization.
• Ensure system and network security, manage firewalls and antivirus software.
• Perform regular backups and conduct periodic security audits.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Setup accounts and workstations, resolving issues promptly.
• Policy Development & Compliance
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to secure data and system integrity.
• Ensure compliance with service commitments and manage resources effectively.
• Lead, mentor, and train the IT team to foster collaboration and performance.
• Plan and implement IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and ERP implementations.
• Collaboration & Cost Optimization
• Work with third-party services to ensure smooth IT operations.
• Recommend strategies for cost optimization.
• Capacity & Performance Planning
• Manage capacity, storage planning, and database performance.
Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Computer/Network Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in networking protocols, databases, LAN/WAN, VPN, VLAN, switches, firewall, Wi-Fi, routers.
• Experience with Active Directory, policy management, file sharing, access rights, DNS, DHCP, and Google Cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience in ERP implementation, deploying, and managing IT assets.
• Co-creation and adaption of best practises for IT policy for Durapower.
• Ensuring compliance with cyber security policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin preferred for collaboration with the MIS team in China.
