As a Manager, the individual will be responsible for:

Ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Developing Positive Client RelationshipsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs effectively.
- Handling Customer NeedsAddressing and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
Providing solutions and support to clients as needed.
- Reporting and MonitoringReporting on the status of accounts and transactions regularly.
Setting and tracking sales account targets aligned with company objectives.
Monitoring sales metrics such as quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
