Job Title: Project Coordinator (IDP7)
Location: Redhill
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 830am-530pm
Salary: $2500-$3000

Job Description
· Coordinate with project and design teams.
· Manage contractors to ensure project success.
· Work full-time on-site.
· Work closely with the Project Manager on assigned tasks.
· Monitor progress to meet time, cost, and quality goals.
Requirement:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); MS Project is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Project Executive in a Design & Build or similar environment. (Training will be provided)
- Must be willing to work on-site.
- Preferred experience in corporate office fit-outs, including new builds and renovations, with MEP knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with subcontractors.
- Training provided.
