Manufacture from raw material high quality machined components that meet NTS quality standards and Customer requirements or repair Customer Parts to same standard.
Assist in the programming of the machines to perform any new job, where knowledge exists.
Allocate work based on operator competency and machine capability, engage in machine maintenance and repair efforts, provide feedback and interface with customers and Engineering to maximize efficiency, all while maintaining a positive team-oriented attitude.
