Working Hours: Mon to Fri 830am-530pm

Job Description
· Independently manage projects from start to finish, liaising with clients and consultants
· Able to multi-task and work as an individual or part of a team in dynamic environment
· Ensure compliance with design specifications and building regulations.
· Negotiate effectively to get the best value from vendors.
· Attending client meetings and report on design progress.
· Produce concept designs, space planning, and presentations.
· Create tender documentation and detailed drawings.
Requirement:
· A minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate office interior design is required.
· Preferably seeking a Junior Executive specializing in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
· Proficienct in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
