Position Overview:

We are seeking a self-driven and inspired HR Intern to join our dynamic teams in the Asia Pacific region. This internship provides a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the People and Organization agenda in collaboration with multiple stakeholders. This role also partners and coordinates HR transactional activities and queries in collaboration with HR Shared Services and Payroll teams in a matrix organizational structure.

The ideal candidate is someone eager to learn, passionate about serving others, and looking forward to creating an impact in the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and follow through with the recruitment lifecycle processes in collaboration with HRSS and Talent Acquisition COE.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate new hires' onboarding and orientation requirements.
  • Organize and support employee engagement activities and ad-hoc events to drive an inclusive and positive employee experience.
  • Support implementing new and maintaining updated HR policies and procedures.
  • Data administration and analysis as required.
  • Participate and support ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
