Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- The BIM Modeller is the operator in information management and modelling.
- Act within project using a BIM Authoring software (Revit).
- Deal with civil & structural, M & E services modelling, etc.
- Produce all required drawings and details for submission, approval and endorsed.
- Comply with company ISO requirements.
- Work closely with the project team on site on the production of drawings.
- Conduct site visits to verify installation at site where necessary.
- Assist project team in engineering drawing related matters and any adhoc duties or special projects assigned.
- Analysing the contents of information specifications and information management plans in order to comply with them converting discipline knowledge into models
- Pre-testing models
- Contributing to validating model objects information consistency.
Requirements:
- At least Degree in Architecture or related engineering discipline.
- At least 10-15 years of relevant working experience in drafting for construction or construction related company.
