Proactively manage FPSO and Project regulatory requirement stemming from regulatory authorities, Flag State, Class, etc from Bidding, Project Execution phases until handing over to Operations Department.
Lead and manage acquisitions of required approvals, certificates, permits, licenses, notifications, and consents to deliver regulatory-compliant FPSO and Project.
Requirements:
- Min 8 years’ direct experience with FPSO regulatory and legislative requirement
- Experience with acquisition of FPSO permits, license and consents
- Experience with Class Rules and Flag Statutory requirement/ Completed 2 FPSO projects with DNV or ABS
- FPSO EPCIC project management skill/ Bidding and/or operations
