Responsibilities:
· Handle GL closing for accounts payable invoices based on nature of expenses incurred.
· Review and improve billing and collection workflows
· Meet collection of KPIs
· Ensure that relevant documents such as delivery order, purchase order and purchase requisition are orderly attached
· Entry of AP Invoices into SAP system
· Bank clearing and Bank reconciliation with customers and internal business units
· Implementation and tracking of new workflows and their effectiveness in meeting AR KPIs
Requirements:
· Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or O Levels with prior experience
· Familiar with SAP is an advantage
· Knowledge of Partial Sets/ Full Sets
· Able to start work immediately or on short notice
