- Partner with external sales team to serve customers and deliver a high- level of service.
- Attend to customers' enquiries and support via phone and email.
- Contact new and existing customers to canvass new sales leads.
- Generate product offers, quotations, product recommendations to customers.
- Work closely with external saless team on large project tenders, bids, tender proposals and project execution.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in mechanical engineering or related technical education.
- Able to read/interprete technical documentations.
- Knowledge of piping will be an added advantage
- Experienced in backoffice sales support.
- Able to use SAP system or equivalent ERP system.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- AutoCAD skills will be an added advantage.
- Ubi area, 5 days' work week.
