We are seeking a committed individual to join the equities operational team to support the daily reconciliation process and operational control reporting. The candidate needs to be attentive to details with data integrity mindset who thrives off learning new skills and challenging yourself in operational efficiency area.


Job Responsibilities


The incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Perform the daily reconciliation process, resolved, and escalate recon breaks in a timely manner.
  • Perform settlement process and collateral management
  • Perform Regulatory reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy and meticulous in daily processing of records, allocation of trades and updates.
  • Account opening and static update.
  • Provide administrative support, documentation, and statistics collation.
  • Liaise with different stakeholders in supporting the daily operational activities and collaborate with various stakeholders for projects and business initiatives.
  • Exchange Clearing is performed in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
  • Perform any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.


Job Requirements


To thrive and be successful in this role, you must have / be:

  • Minimum Diploma qualification.
  • Ideally 5 years of industry experience
  • Keen attention to detail with accountability mindset
  • Back office system knowledge
  • Exchange clearing system and regulatory knowledge
  • Futures industry knowledge
  • Strong Proficiency in MS office applications
  • Problem solver and equipped with an analytical mind to diagnose issues and ability to think-of-box solutioning is paramount.
  • High sense of urgency and dedication to efficiency
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and good organizational skill
  • Team player, independent, resourceful and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Risk control mindset
