Senior Sales Director/Manager

Responsibilities

1. Achieving yearly set sales budget and generate new clients

2. Develop a growth strategy focus on financial gain and win new clients

3. Prospecting and conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

4. Continuing support of existing accounts and re-engagement

5. Hold Monthly meeting with customers to gather feedback and look at continuous improvement in our project delivery

6. Build and retain long term relationship with our existing and new customers

7. Provide specialist advise on company products and services

8. Participation in scheduling and management of customer specification reviews/responses, factory tours, design reviews and source inspections

9. Proactively seek new business and client’s opportunity

10. Ability to sell and manage the capital equipment sales cycle for chemical process equipment, chemical and slurry blending and delivery equipment, water and gas delivery systems, OEM opportunities and custom/specialty equipment.

11. Ability to cross sell TGCM- Total Gas/Chemical Facility Management services

12. Promote and sell company products working closely with our Asia Equipment sales representative.

13. Manage monthly sales forecast and update to management


Requirements

1. Possess minimum 8-10 years in Business Development and Sales experience

2. Proven working experience as a Business development Manager/Director in Industrial Equipment, Systems Integration and Installation of Process & Mechanical system. Preferably in the Semi-conductor, Pharmaceutical, Life-Science or Advanced High Tech Industrial Park industry

3. Possess minimum a Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical, Business Administration or MBA

4. Technical knowledge in Bulk/ Specialty Gas, Chemical, Slurry and Mechanical Process system in Semiconductor Industry

5. Proven sales track record in meeting corporate budget and ability to bring or penetrate into new clientele.

6. Possess strong market knowledge within the Semi-conductor, Life Science & Pharmaceutical industry

7. Experience in Hookup installation in the Semiconductor, Micro-Electronic industry

8. Good understanding and knowledge in Construction & Project Management.

9. Possess strong communication and negotiation skill

10. Ability to build good rapport with customers

11. Familiar with CRM software. Eg: Salesforce

12. Strong solutioning & presentation skill to present, deliver, engage and closes opportunity.
