Job Title: AIMS China Head
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to serve as the AIMS (Singapore Headquartered Immigration Firm) China Head. This role is pivotal in representing our Singapore-based company in China, leveraging your expertise in management, and cultural understanding. The AIMS China Head will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) Chinese clients, managing a team, and fostering the Singaporean culture within the organization. This position requires frequent travel between China and Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Representation and Relationship Building:Act as the primary representative of our Singapore-based company in China.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNW and UHNW Chinese clients.
- Business Development:Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and grow the company's presence in the Chinese market.
Identify investment opportunities and tailor solutions to meet the immigration and relocation goals of Chinese clients.
- Cultural Alignment:Ensure that the company's Singaporean culture and values are embedded within the China team.
Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment across borders.
- Team Management:Lead and manage a team of professionals in China, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
Foster a high-performance culture and promote teamwork.
- Client Servicing:Provide personalized wealth management advice and services to HNW and UHNW Chinese clients.
Understand and address their financial needs, objectives, and risk tolerance.
- Regulatory Compliance:Ensure compliance with Chinese financial regulations and company policies.
Keep abreast of regulatory changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Travel:Be willing to spend a significant portion of your time in China, building and maintaining client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Substantial experience in wealth management, finance, or related roles, with a focus on HNW and UHNW clients.
- Strong understanding of the Chinese financial market and regulatory environment.
- Proven team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A deep-rooted understanding of Singaporean culture and values.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently between China and Singapore.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
