About Our Client
My client, a global leader in innovative flooring and sports surface solutions, seeks a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to spearhead their Southeast Asian operations.
Job Description
- Develop and implement a winning sales and distribution strategy for the assigned region.
- Lead and coordinate a team of sales professionals across multiple countries( Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam).
- Set annual sales budgets and monitor performance against targets.
- Drive achievement of sales and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with finance and supply chain to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Develop new customer segments and expand geographical coverage.
- Contribute to the company's mid to long term strategic plan.
- Identify potential acquisition targets and manage M&A processes.
- Drive achievement of regional sales.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with direct reports.
- Develop and maintain documented Customer Business Plans with distributors.
- Ensure accurate data entry and reporting within our CRM system
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Team leadership experience across the region.
- Track record in selling flooring or construction building materials.
- Experience working with developers, architects, contractors, and consultants.
