Job Title: Document Support Specialistt for Immigration Documents

Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Document Support Specialist to join our immigration services team. The Document Support Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of immigration-related documents for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Document Verification:Review and verify immigration documents submitted by clients to ensure they are complete and meet the required criteria.
  2. Data Entry:Accurately enter client information and document details into the immigration management system.
  3. Application Preparation:Assist clients in preparing immigration applications and forms, ensuring they are completed accurately and in compliance with current immigration regulations.
  4. Communication:Maintain regular communication with clients to request additional documentation or information as needed and provide updates on the status of their applications.
  5. Deadline Management:Manage and prioritize multiple client cases to meet submission deadlines and immigration processing timelines.
  6. Record Keeping:Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical records of client documentation and correspondence.
  7. Liaison:Act as a liaison between clients and government agencies, immigration officials, and legal representatives when necessary.
  8. Compliance:Stay informed about changes in immigration laws, regulations, and procedures to ensure accurate and up-to-date processing.
  9. Quality Control:Conduct quality control checks on completed applications and documents to minimize errors and omissions.
  10. Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or coursework related to immigration or legal studies is a plus.
  • Previous experience in immigration document processing or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document verification and data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and document management software.
  • Knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures is a plus.
  • Multilingual abilities may be advantageous, depending on the client base.
