Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive the company’s growth. This involves researching market trends, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to expand our market presence. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and support the company’s overall objectives.


Job Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines, or related field

· Proven track record in business development or sales

· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

· Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities

· Strong negotiation and presentation skills

· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Job Scope:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.

· Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.

· Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company growth targets.

· Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.

· Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals.

· Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives.

· Track and report on business development activities and results.

Skills:

· Market research and analysis

· Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
