Job Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue and market growth for general laboratory products and solutions in the assigned market segment.
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries regarding products and solutions and provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales support.
- Maintain and develop good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Monitor and analyze customer requirements and market trends and support the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Proactively follow up with customers regarding marketing promotions and campaigns to maximize conversion rates and generate new sales opportunities.
- Manage and monitor relevant tendering platforms such as GeBiz, SESAMI, and hospital tendering websites for Singapore.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or business administration discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in laboratory sales, sales support or customer service in the science industry.
- Good knowledge of scientific and general lab consumables.
