Our Client is one of the leader in the banking space, they are currently hiring a Program manager to plan and execute HR related program to drive employee experience, career enhancement and working closer with technology team to devlivery personalised employee experiences.

Job Description:
Shape Digital and Employee Experiences
- Co-create with employees to sharpen AI in iGrow to deliver N=1 hyper-personalised development experience and launch enhancements
- Develop and maintain microsite to house all career management resources.
- Create data control towers to drive insights.
Shape a Culture by Design
- Plan and execute Program to showcase HR initiatives that the bank is driving and HR platforms that the bank has in place to enhance employee experience, ways of working and career development.
- Plan and roll out new bank-wide Mentoring programme in Singapore and key markets for employees to take their career development and growth journey a step further by learning from mentors
Requirements
- Degree in any relevant field
- Strong project management skills: planning, organising and execution
- Ability to multi-task, be resourceful and work under pressure
- Creative, analytical and problem-solving skills and focused on the customer
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills: ability to build trust and rapport across levels
- Experience in UAT
