Job Duties:
- Carry out post trade actitivities
- Daily execution of bulk physical contracts concluding by trading team
- Planning of shipment to payment collection
- Ensure shipper acceptance of nominatino
- Coordination with trade finance team of new bulk shipments
- Communicate closely with regional operations team for bulk shipments
- Ensure all documentation instruction/ Letter of Credit are in order prior to loading
- Creating shipment number using in-house system
- Issuing documentary instructions to shipper for timely preparation of shipping documents and follow up on draft documents for checking.
- Ensure all drafts are checked and confirmed by buyer and passing on to shipper.
- Creation of sale invoices and uploading shipping documentations into system
- Managing payment of suppliers, freight invoices and any other costs
- Arrange local or overseas courier to send out original documents.
- Updating records of shipment plans and supplier call forward plans via excel or system database
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
