Retail Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
   Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
   Assist customers with product selection and provide product information.
   
2. Sales:Promote sales by understanding customers' needs and suggesting additional products.
   Achieve individual and store sales targets.
   Handle transactions at the cash register, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
   
3. Store Maintenance:Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
   Restock shelves and ensure all products are correctly labeled and priced.
   Assist with the setup and breakdown of promotional displays.
   
4. Inventory Management:Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise.
   Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the Store Manager.
   Help with inventory management tasks, such as tagging and sorting products.
   
5. Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
   Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
   Provide support to other team members as needed.
   

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods
