Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle corporate operations of the company including human resources management, administration, technology, marketing support and legal affairs
- Maintain corporate operations procedures documents as well as documentation system within the company
- Manage recruitment, training & development, well-being and welfare of staff
- Manage office operations including stocking of our pantry and office supplies
- Manage office and IT equipment, as well as software and applications subscriptions
- Assist in the marketing / sales / business development function in terms of assisting in quotations and marketing collaterals upkeep
