Brief Description
As Programme Manager for schools, you will be entrusted to develop and deliver well-being programmes for schools to improve the well-being of their students or staff.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering training programmes to help students and staff cultivate better well-being (including training trainers to deliver the programmes)
- Manage our pool of trainers, including recruitment and training of trainers
- Improve quality of training programmes and quality of trainers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline, with emphasis in Psychology
- At least 2 years of relevant training and development experience
- Registered with MOE as an instructor
- Display interest and knowledge in the science of well-being or positive psychology
- Display three non-exhaustive qualities: Growth Mindset, Learning Agility, and Synthesis Ability
Selection Process
Please take note that there will be at least 2 interviews if selected:
- 1st Interview (45 mins, Online) to get to know each other
- 2nd interview (3 hours) where you will work on mock programme delivery
