Location: Penjuru Road
Reporting to: Acting Sales Manager
Department: Sales
Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Off Days: Saturday & Sunday
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Key Account Manager in achieving strategic objectives and targets.
- Drive sales by developing new accounts and managing both existing and new customer relationships.
- Establish and maintain a high level of rapport with customers, providing accurate market reports and timely information for decision-making.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, disputes, and conflicts.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Attributes:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial sales preferred.
- Proactive, energetic, and possessing a good personality.
- Strong skills in sales and marketing, communications, and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficient in English for business communication.
- Must possess own transport and a valid driving license.
- Ability to work independently.
