Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate regularly with stakeholders and colleagues to strategize, develop and deliver effective Healthcare AI communications to the cluster and public.
- Manage the AI communication rhythm of the department, including messaging, reporting, and measurement.
- Develop and deliver effective communications by being versatile in writing and creating multimedia content (press releases, media posts, infographics, podcasts, multimedia content, etc.)
- Develop the AI in healthcare communications strategy to drive our AI narrative to our audiences.
- Grow and tap on a diverse network of media contacts (traditional, new, technical, scientific, healthcare and more) to increase visibility.
- Provide communications guidance and consultancy to internal stakeholders and colleagues.
- Manage reactive media enquiries and maintain a pulse on the ever-evolving healthcare AI landscape to identify opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
- Perform secondary non-core duties to grow the organisation (not limited to internship supervision, administrative work, and more).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Strategic Communications, Graphic Design, Computer Science (User Experience), Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a communications role for AI and Tech, preferably in the healthcare space.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous communications work and thought leadership in developing and driving communication strategies.
- Experience in the tech industry, particularly in AI or machine learning projects, would be critical.
- Proficiency in multimedia design and development tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent
- Possess a strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, enabling effective design and communications within an AI context.
Aware of ethical considerations in AI, such as algorithmic bias and data privacy issues, ensuring designs adhere to ethical standards.
