Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and data flows. Identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- Utilize data analysis techniques to derive insights and support decision-making. This may involve creating reports, dashboards, or performing statistical analysis.
- Support change management processes by communicating changes, training users, and ensuring smooth transition to new systems or processes.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance industry, with a focus on digital platforms and/or business transformation programs.
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects in the insurance sector, particularly in policy management, claims processing, or underwriting or sales.
- Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders to gather and document requirements, create functional specifications, and develop solutions.
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations, compliance.
- Strong understanding of policy management systems, their functionalities, and integrations with other systems (e.g., billing, claims, customer relationship management).
- Proficiency in agile way of working and collaboration tools, such as Jira, or Confluence.
- Experience as a lead or senior BA is a plus.
- Experience working across multiple markets and/or Asian markets is a plus.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Knowledge on BCM Transformation.
