Sales / Admin Executive

Tristars Engineering And Services Pte. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support all administrative issues

2. Arranging of MDW Arrival/Departure

3. Attend to employer's inquiries (Email, Phone and Walk-In)

4. Phone interviewing of helper and shortlist matching to employer's needs.

5. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

6. Only singaporeans and PRs need apply.

7. CEI (basic) certifcation is a MUST


Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), able to use the computer or willing to learn
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Prior experience in a maid agency or related industry is an advantage (not mandatory)
