Job Responsibilities
- Manage various aspects of customer service operations, such as handling inquiries, complaints, orders, and feedback.
- Communicate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, logistics and etc.
- Responding to customer inquiries and issues
- Updating customer records with information on products and services
- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Generating reports and feedback on customer service
- Preparing of shipping document and import / export documentation.
- Extract and tabulate data for report analysis
- Ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Requirement
- Min. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Min. 2 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Positive and customer oriented attitude
- Able to work 5.5 days per week (Alternate Saturday)
