Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading a lean Corporate Finance team. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage Full Set of Accounts
- Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual Management accounts on time
- Submit for Management Review and take follow up actions.
- Bank Reconciliation for all banks in Singapore and Overseas.
- GST calculations, reconciliation and submission.
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register, Monthly Depreciation and reconciliation.
- Oversee and review Inventory Control, Reporting and Management for AR/AP
- Intercompany Reconciliation.
- Manage Internal and Statutory Audit process.
- Interface and manage relationships with Bankers,Tax Consultants, ACRA and Auditors
- Assist in administrative functions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. ACCA/CA/CPA qualification preferred.
- 5-7 years of work experience in corporate finance roles in mid-sized international trading companies
- Sound knowledge of Singapore and International accounting systems
- Hands-on knowledge of TALLY Accounting System preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good work ethics. Willingness to learn and grow. Cross-cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and time commitments.
